My Matcha is won from finely ground tencha leaves. In my Matcha mix, the typical tangy taste is softened thanks to its sweetness – ideal for all those new to Matcha! I am gluten-free and my preparation is fast and easy. Just mix my powder with hot or cold milk or with ice, according to your taste. If you add soya or almond milk, then I am lactose-free and vegan as well. With my handy 270 g tin, I am easy to make at home.
