Fever-Tree

Fever-Tree

In 2004, Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow started making tonics from natural and fresh ingredients, where the main consideration was to make premium natural drinks without artificial preservatives and sweeteners!

This is how the Fever-Tree Premium Tonic was created for 2005. The brand name comes from the folk name of the Chincona tree (fever tree). Good quality quinine, the main ingredient in tonics, is obtained from the bark of this tree. The quinine used for tonics comes from plantations in eastern Congo, where the purest quinine is found, but the country is so dangerous that Fever-Tree is the only beverage company to source this raw material from here.

Fever-Tree drinks are high in carbon dioxide with small elegant bubbles for a silkier taste! Cane sugar is always used as a sweetener. The lemoniness is obtained from the "sfumatrice" lemon extract in Fever-Tree drinks.
